Good find Depamas, thanks! Blissbox says Chubby Chasers #12 was released May 08, 2008, by FilmCo (seems USA), so maybe that will lead somewhere. Karla so far seems like a made up name for the cover - nothing for Karla on EGAFD, or a pornstar with a profile pic on IAFD. I will report back if I find anything.
