The mentioned Teenage Lust 3:Young Lust was only a later compilation by Alpha Blue Archives (ABA). The identity of the unknown with Monique Cardin is not completely obvious, though, because the characteristic mole below the left corner of the unknown's mouth is invisible in most scenes of Monique Cardin. The only exception I found is Cardin's role as Carlotta in The Starlets (aka Starlet Club 69 aka X-rated Starlets, 1977 or 1976) https://allclassic.porn/videos/2211/the-starlets/ . She has two scenes there, and in the second of them (beginning after 43:45) the mole is visible sometimes, although mostly covered by makeup.

There is some slight contradiction in my previous postings. If Tenill 03 from 1979 were the orginal, then the compilation of 1975 could not contain it. So either the release year of Tenill 03 on IAFD is wrong, or there is another original from 1975 or earlier. This would match the fact that Monique Cardin looks quite young in this scene.
