why is the image named hom back.JPG ?

The name hom back is a random word I chose. This picture was taken from a video more than 20 years ago and usually I named ( at that time) the pictures from the video they belonged to. Then I all but forgot about these stills. All the stills with this couple in them are named back in my old files.Therefore, when I rediscovered these stills in my files I believed the video title contained words like back or backseat or backseat driver, which was a series of videos featured at that time. However I checked the web and as far as I was able to check the stills are not from a backseat driver video. I can remember also that years ago I saw a picture of this actor in a list of porn actors in the net. My objective is to find the entire video which the stills were taken from.
