You are welcome, thanks for mentioning this girl unknown to me until now. I think that Katinka is from Denmark. At least http://web.archive.org/web/20070624072335/http://www.kinky-katinka.com/custodian_records.htm points in this direction. And also certain guest models on her site like Lucy Little or Lotus/Sisse/Sandy Blonde seem to be from Denmark or at least from Scandinavia.
