Where can I download the image and the video in good quality too?
Although this image is the cover of this DVD, the associated video cannot be found on it: https://www.adultdvdempire.com/544126/anal-sexual-silence-porn-movies.html According to the youporn link: https://www.youporn.com/watch/8451599/hot-thin-model-caressing-her-body-pleasure-photorama/ this is a Photorama material, but again, the video just can't be found on their site: http://www.photorama.nl/shop/index.php?search=1&exact=1&modelname=118747 Or rather, so I would like to download the photo itself in good quality too, and without text captions. I also found such a photoset on twistys: https://www.indexxx.com/set/209979/twistys-susana-spears/ but it does not contain exactly this image.

Yes, you are right - this photo is not included in the photoset you mention. I've downloaded it, but not from Twistys - maybe the original set does contain this picture, but I doubt it. I also know the case of the DVD cover, which is fake of course. I've spent a massive amount of time looking for models from Photorama studio and came accros this DVD series, but found the video content didn't match the cover.

As to the video with Susana - the most reasonable for me would be to go thruough the videos of Photorama available on youporn, for example. One of the links you can find in my requests.
