She seems to be Cali Logan aka Johanna Dillon aka Monkey Toez aka C A S S ( https://www.modelmayhem.com/MonkeyToez ) aka Cassandra Stanton ( http://web.archive.org/web/20091103172923/http://onemodelplace.com/model_list.cfm?ID=285186 ) aka Cassie aka Cleodora aka Cassandra Gout. The picture was shot by Stefan Grosjean from Bern, Switzerland (probably on 2009-07-14, at least the EXIF data on https://www.deviantart.com/stefangrosjean/art/My-Goodies-130092277 contains this date). There is even a picture https://www.exgirlfriendmarket.com/galleries/glamour/watch4beauty/babes-of-stefan-grosjean/galleries/glamour/watch4beauty/babes-of-stefan-grosjean-14.html of this series with an additional watch4beauty label, but I could not find it on the W4B website. I had some doubt at first because https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/33883643 seemed to show a tattoo on the outer side of the unknown's left heel, whereas Cali has only tattoos on the upper side of her left foot and on the back of her left calf. Also Cali's boobs look smaller than those in your picture. But actually Cali (who is originally from California) worked with Grosjean who had a studio in Los Angeles, and the face is really quite similar, so the unknown should be Cali.
