She could be a true hermaphrodite. It usually means they have testes and ovaries either a vagina or penis but not both. I met a transexual in Sydney who was born with penis, testes, vagina and ovaries. She said she was one of 3 known true full hermaphrodites. She said they removef her vagina and ovaries when she was a teenager because she was impregnating herself. Then again this might just be a photoshop fake.
