The photographer is Robert Baham from Boston. Release date not later than 2011-01-30.

The date of this shot is 2009-04-03 or earlier. As mentioned above the photographer is Robert Baham (born 1948) from Boston, MA resp. Watertown, MA https://www.modelmayhem.com/1140269 http://istudio.com/1140269 http://web.archive.org/web/*/silverprint.com . He worked only with non-professional, nearly amateur models (he paid them 25 $ per hour). I think that on https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/1140269/viewall of the 15 pictures at least https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/33634049 and https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/11580955 are pictures of our girl. The former of these 2 pictures has a caption Britt, so I suppose that Britt could be the first name of our unknown. Other pictures of her that I found are http://istudio.com/photo/view/932262 , http://istudio.com/photo/view/932270 and http://istudio.com/photo/view/932271 . Of course my theory that her name is Britt depends on the assumption that https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/33634049 (and also http://istudio.com/photo/view/932262) show our unknown and not a different girl. If you do not agree with that assumption then all I can say is that she is probably some amateur model from the Boston area.
