They are Valerie Lefevre (on the right) and Cathy (Amelia is another name I've seen for her) in scene 4 from a DVD called 1950 Classic Big Tits, however you may have suspected (if you saw a video clip) that this isn't actually from the 50s. It's also from something called Girls of France which is in colour and is actually from 1990.
