Lena, Russian model of Mike Dowson, British photographer. He calls her ‘Lena with the big breasts’, on his blog. You can identify her among hundreds of Doewson's models by the body a boob shape (often photoshopped though), and also by the haircut and color (or what you see from it here), but especially by the appendicitis scar and the small birthmark above her right nipple.
