Julia Nefedova, Russian model in a photo by Mike Dowson, British photographer. I cannot locate this exact photo in Dowson's blog http://anuglybeauty.tumblr.com right now, but I know it is there. Unfortunately he does not tag many photos, so only some of them are searchable. Although Dowson uses to morph most photos, you can identify Julia by her hair, body, and also the peculiar wrist watch.
