In a posting that predates all other occurences I could find, this amateur photograph was entered by one Alexalg in a selfie contest here, back in 2014: http://portamur.ru/blogs/pavlov/fotokonkurs-selfi.html?commentId=173036&PAGEN_1=770#174095 - going by the Cyrillic on the notice board inside elevator, as well as unmistakably east-Slavic haircut, the guy being Russian is more than probable. I was able to track down a VK profile that could be his - https://vk.com/id395110283 - but even if it's not, there's tons of males named such on the FB as well. So all in all, possible ID on the bloke who made the photo, not so much on the gal - finding the corresponding social media account of right Alex Alg might lead to some info on her.
